Erwin Forrest finished building our house in November of ‘24, and we couldn’t have been happier with EFB. We’ve now been living in our house for 7 months, and are so pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and service. From the very beginning, Keith and his team were so easy to work with, and there was a level of honesty and transparency that distinguishes them from the rest. In a time when customer service seems to have become an afterthought, EFB wouldn’t quit until we were happy with every detail. The company is small enough that you feel like family when working with them, but big enough to have the necessary expertise in house. We won’t be building again anytime soon, but if we ever did, I’d go back to Keith in a heartbeat. The previous owners of our home used this company for renovations. I have tried calling many many times over the last 4 months (tried every single option on their voicemail), left several voicemail messages with no return calls, completed email/contact forms through their website without any return call or email. We were hoping to use the same company for work on our home, but regardless of the method of contact no one responds. Clearly we need to find someone who actually wants our business.
