In early January 2026, I submitted an online request for a quote or to speak with someone about my project. A consultant called me on Thursday, January 15th at 11:00 AM to discuss the project. I wasn't available at that time, as I was working. She suggested the following day, Friday the 16th, at 9:30 AM. I made myself available for this call. I received two reminder emails, one of which was sent an hour before the appointment. At 9:45 AM, I still hadn't received a call. No notification of the missed appointment had been sent.This person's professionalism is truly appalling. It's a shame for Produit Boréal, which seems like a promising company.
