We just finished our home with them, and the entire process was a pleasure. To a person, the Precision Team shows exceptional professionalism, kindness and integrity. The name captures the building process; they are precise in building a superior quality home. Though, they could just as aptly be named integrity. We had our own plans, so we started with Jared who was quick to reply to any questions and walked us through every detail of pricing and planning. When you hit the inevitable bumps as you do with a big project, Jared sought out the answers, provided clear options and offered his expertise when needed. Our foundation cost a good bit more than our estimate, but we understand with steep lots, there is uncertainty until you actually get in with engineering. Katy oversaw the office end of the building process and was always an absolute pleasure to work with. Tad handled the billing and knew every detail and was exceptionally helpful. Our supervisor, Larry, was the boots on the ground, and he is worth his weight in gold. He has expertise in just about everything construction related, and his standards are for excellence and excellence only. We were out of town for the entire build, but the weekly updates kept us in the loop, and having Larry on site left us without worry. He responded immediately with any question or concern. He went above and beyond to ensure that our home was just as we wanted. The subs were outstanding (except for landscaping), and the longevity of their relationship with Precision made the process seamless. We have a beautifully built home (per the inspector) that we love, and we’d recommend without reservation the Precision team. They are A+!

We started this labor of love of building our forever home when we found and purchased our beautiful 16-acre property. The home building process, at first, seemed a daunting and arduous journey, and while the number of decisions was by no means easy, the Precision Homes Team made the process smooth and even remained a sounding board for my wavering decision-making through the entire process.

We selected Precision Homes back in early 2024 for three main reasons: they had an architect firm (Envision Design Team) connected to Precision, which we felt was necessary when we were custom-designing our home, the detailed documentation provided throughout the process, and the family-oriented business model. Dan and his Precision Team (family) understood exactly what we wanted to achieve in building this home.

To begin, Tyler spent over 6 months designing our home because we had a hard time making choices, but he was extremely patient and provided 3D renderings of many of the rooms to provide us with angles and heights of rooms that we could not envision. After the designing of the home, Jared came out to the site to mark the home layout and made sure everything was good to go. While we waited on permits, Brittany helped us through the long selection process, and while we understood why Precision wanted that done first, we – okay I - struggled with making decisions of tiles and flooring, with cabinet colors, along with the countertops. (You can change your mind, but it will only delay the process later. The Team definitely warns you and reminds you of this.).

After permits were received, Ben Wells - on-site superintendent extraordinaire - made his debut. Ben became a major support through the build process for us, all while doing his main job. He made himself available even past “quitting time” and on weekends to answer questions, verify stain color (last minute changes), and calm my nerves when I was hesitant in my choices. He assured me that he would not let me make a bad choice that I could possibly hate later.

Precision’s office staff – Katy and Brittany – also provided communication with weekly updates and pictures, as well as reminders of what needed to be done on our end.

Finally, Tad was on the financial side of it all, and while many people do not like to be reminded that they have gone over budget, the constant communication and timely responses from Tad when we had questions kept us in-check.

While there are bound to be miscommunication hiccups along the way with an almost year-long process because of the sheer number of people and decisions that need to be made in a timely manner, Precision always found a solution and ensured that we were happy in the end with the outcome of our home. In the end, Dan and his Team delivered exactly what we expected in our Dream home.

And as I teared up watching the final video and scrolling through the pictures, I could not believe how beautiful my home was and that this was our home in which we will make many more core memories. We could not wait for that final walkthrough to get our keys and move-in. A year and a half of rental house living was coming to an end because Precision Homes was able to give us our Dream home!

We recently moved into our new Precision Custom Home Builders house. We were very happy with the process during the entire design and build process. The entire team was always responsive to questions and available for advice.

After completing the design process we began the build, and Ben was assigned as our site supervisor. Ben did a fantastic job and was always on top of things. Any time we had a question, he was quick with the answer. When we noticed small little issues, he was already on top of them.

The build process went smoothly and there was always progress being made. Weekly emails summarized what had been accomplished and let us know what was coming up. This was in addition to frequent communication with Ben.

We always felt that we were well aware of what was happening, felt that our wishes were being met, and felt that we had control of the direction of our build.

We would highly recommend Precision for anyone looking to build a quality home in the area.

Precision Custom Home Builders did a great job with our Farm House style home. Dan, Katy, and the team kept us informed as much as possible through the process. Through all of the delayed materials due to covid in 2020, we were still able to complete our home within two months of our contract date. We are super happy to have a beautiful home to call our own and are thankful the entire team did their best on every avenue of this project. We love all the vendors they recommended and the quality of our home shows the precision they truly shine.

Building a home on uncleared land with no utilities is a significant endeavor. You will need a builder who has experience dealing with all the intricacies and has the capacity to juggle multiple contractors. Precision Homes has a great team as their foundation to make them a successful home builder. (Larry is fantastic, and they have an amazing group of sub-contractors they work with)

After reviewing several builders, we selected Precision to build a custom home for us in Ball Ground, GA. Precision showed a lot of patience handling our changes to plans, design and updates before and during the construction process. After being in our home the last 5 months, we have not experienced any issues or problems with the construction.
