Covenant Homes

Could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service from Covenant homes. Chance was great to work with and his prices were very reasonable. We had cabinet work done which required removing a gaudy and very large archway over the oven. Chance worked with me to create the exact vision we had in mind for what it should look like and it turned out great. All in all they re-floored the whole house, built the new cabinets and installed them, installed a built-in vent hood, installed new lighting, added a vanity cabinet in the bathroom, and squared-off the Tuscan-styled archways throughout the house. The end result turned out great. If we need work done again in the future, I won’t hesitate to use them again.

We recently had Chance Lusk with Covenant Homes build an outdoor covered patio onto our home. This space has exceeded our expectations in every way! We are able to use it year round, which was our goal, and in many ways it’s an additional living area added on. Chance was a dream to work with! He helped us with our design and gave us exactly what we wanted. He was not satisfied until it was perfect and met his/our standards. Chance was professional, reliable, responsible and trustworthy. He supervised the work and communicated with us daily to keep us updated with progress. He and his team were always respectful of us and our home. They take pride in their work and their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing things correctly was evident throughout the entire process. Chance is now our go to contractor! We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor for future projects. Thank you, Chance and Covenant Homes for our AMAZING space! Royal and Karen Brantley

Covenant Homes was fabulous. We had a huge project on our hands due to major flooding a few years back destroying our old retaining wall. Chance worked closely with us, helped us get an engineering survey, and always responded quickly to concerns. He even came out to help a year later when we had a gas line issue to double check all the line access they'd built into place from the alley to the house. The new retaining wall will outlive the house, lol. Highly recommend these guys.

Chance came into the middle of a project that had already been started… and helped us clean up a big mess. Long story short, he made sure our remodel was affordable, completed correctly, and then helped us with a major plumbing repair that came up after completion (unknown before it began). He made a very stressful time in our remodel easy and got it done quickly, helping us end a long and lengthy wait for repairs. We are planning to use him again soon! Great quality work, great communication, and flexible around our needs and schedule. Highly recommend this company!

Covenant homes did a fabulous job with our remodel from working with me on the design of our space all the way to providing material options, input where I needed help and the final building construction of our laundry room. They were timely and straightforward with the process, did a fabulous job with the details and we will definitely use them again when we need other remodeling done in our home! I can’t thank Chance enough for his hard work on our home!
