The pictures are so badly photoshopped, unbelievable. Technically they should be reported to the BBB, FTC, and CalBRE for this alone. Repeated code, traffic, and nuisance violations. Contractors trashing and damaging the area immediately surrounding during construction. Do not move in, pay, or sign anything without an inspection by a professional. Also ridiculously overpriced and packed like sardines. Parking is insufficient and difficult to enter or exit two of the driveways as it is currently set up. Not impressed. Did I mention the price? At least there's a gas station across the street and homeless overrunning the area.

This is crowding as many buildings as possible together with barely space to walk between. It reminds me of the tenement house crowding of the past. Why couldn't they have been houses, or even duplexes, to match with the neighborhood that's next to it?! And so many mature trees along the perimiter were cut down!

Price point is overpriced 2 1/2 * easily what these places should be selling for and what is actually affordable for the average person. They should be no more than 200k on the high side. Very high traffic streets with lots of noise and Racing going on.
