My wife and I purchased our new home built by Alexander Homes in 2015. It was very energy efficient with no major issues. We knew it was a solid built home after the November 30th 7.1 quake that hit the area. Many homes in Eagle River sustained a lot of damage. Our home did not have any major issues and or damage. I would recommend Alexander Homes to anyone looking for a sold built home that can take the harshness of Alaska.
