I’ve known the Hultquist family for many years and have not heard a single negative comment about them or their business. They’re honest, have integrity and the respect of their peers in the construction industry while providing jobs to countless Alaskans during their decades in business. They’re a pillar of the community and Anchorage is lucky to have them.

It's our one-year move-in anniversary and we want to send this public celebration card to our incredible builders, Hultquist Homes. Ours was an unusually challenging build because of the circumstances leading to having to replace our home. Every single member of the Hultquist team made the journey easier. Everyone we worked with was a skilled professional, as well as being warm, caring and efficient. Each of Hultquist’s subcontractors were excellent at their craft and superb at bringing our vision to life. We’re so grateful to be safe and sound in our lovely new home. We cannot speak highly enough of Joe, Haley, Ashlee, Gerardo, Sharlie — the whole Hultquist team!

We are incredibly pleased with our new home! The team at Hultquist worked with us to fit the design to our needs and to ensure we were happy with the build. They patiently answered any questions we had during the construction process. Everyone we worked with was professional, but also caring and kind (Steve, Chris, Jeramy, Joe, Hayley, Lily, Melissa, Sharlie - thank you!). The house is beautiful, but also solidly constructed. We are currently working with the Hultquist team to button up some final punch list items and they have been very responsive; it is clear that they want to make sure we are completely satisfied with the house. We would work with Hultquist again in a heartbeat.

We’re especially grateful for how smooth the warranty process has been. Communication was always clear and timely, and any follow-up work was completed quickly and professionally. This is our first permanent home in Alaska, where we’ll raise our children and build a lifetime of memories, and we couldn’t be more thankful to have had such a dedicated and trustworthy team by our side. Hultquist was a remarkable builder to work with and we are in love with our new home. We appreciated their communication, transparency, attention to our concerns and their overall partnership throughout the process to deliver a quality home. A shout out to the crews that were onsite making it happen. We lived next to the new build while it was being built, so we had a front row seat to every bit of effort.
