Theory Homes

We had a very tricky deck build that has been completed by theory homes and we have just had a wonderful experience. This was honestly a legitimately challenging situation with multiple challenging areas that had the potential to be messed up. But everything has just come out clean and looks great! His whole team was extremely professional and helpful. Just a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use again for any future projects.

We couldn't be happier with the home Peter and his crew built for us! From the initial design to the final touches, he truly understood our vision and executed it beautifully. As parents of young children, we wanted a space that was not only stylish and functional but also safe and practical for our kids. It's rare to find a builder who not only nails modern aesthetics but also ensures the space works for a growing family. We’re so grateful for the attention to detail, care, and quality craftsmanship. Highly recommend Theory Homes to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional home that’s modern and perfect for growing families.

Great builder, had Peter build a new house for us. Timely and quality product, and great customer service - he stands by his product and follows up to resolve any issues after closing, which is a rarity in the builder community from my experience.

By far the easiest construction project one could hope for. I said I wanted "turn key", and that is exactly what I received. All the way from selling my previous residence, to finding a lot, to many design meetings, to my dream house, Theory Homes had me covered every step of the way. Everything is transparent, questions are welcomed, and stress is relieved. Highly recommend, especially if you are in the market for a truly modern home.

Exquisite craftsmanship, cutting-edge design, and outstanding communication define Theory Homes. Their dedication to premium materials and sustainable features results in timeless, sophisticated homes. With unparalleled post-construction support, they deliver an exceptional living experience. I highly recommend Peter and his team at Theory Homes!
