After spending six summers in Brigantine, NJ, my husband and I decided to make it our year-round home and sold our house in Northern New Jersey. We were referred to Gary Woerner, a seasoned and well-established builder in Brigantine with extensive experience building homes in the area, and selected one of his model homes to fully customize. This was our first experience building a home from scratch.

The design and layout exceeded our expectations and perfectly supported our lifestyle, with space for a home gym, office/bedrooms, and multiple guest rooms.

1. Accessibility and responsiveness. Gary was consistently available and remarkably responsive—often replying to emails sent late at night by early morning. His communication gave us confidence throughout the entire process.

Another key factor in our positive experience with Woerner Custom Builders was Robbie Woerner, who served as our hands-on point person. His quick responsiveness and accessibility made him a fantastic partner throughout the building process. Knowing he was always available provided invaluable peace of mind. He is also exceptionally easy to work with.

After 20 years in Brigantine, we finally took down our small cape cod to build our forever beach home and we are totally in LOVE with it. It was a pleasure working with Gary and Rob on this project from beginning to end. The entire process was unbelievably organized and stress free. There are so many areas of the home that make us happy, multiple decks, game room, open living area, outdoor pool and patio, ...and the master suite is divine.
