My husband and I have been planning to build for several years but every time we met with someone, it just didn’t feel right. From the very first phone call and meeting with America’s Home Place we felt at ease. Nancy took time to answer all of our questions, help us pick out a plan and customize it while helping us to stay in our budget. All pricing was upfront and didn’t change unless we wanted to change something. Everyone was very patient and responsive when it came to all of our questions and concern. Chad, Stevie and Nancy walked us line by line through our contract to make sure we were happy and understood everything before signing anything, they even brought things to our attention that we did not notice. After meeting Stevie, our project manager at our land, our minds were even more at ease. He took his time walking our property, explaining things to us and answering all of our questions. We are so excited to be working with them and will update this review throughout our build.

We recently moved into our newly built home with America’s Home Place in April 2025, and I can confidently say the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. Throughout the build process, Chad, Taylor and Nancy were wonderful—professional, attentive, and always willing to guide us through each step. Their support made the building phase feel smooth.But the person who truly stands out is our Warranty Manager, Richard Nevils.As with any new home, a few adjustments and minor repairs were needed after move-in. Every single time I reached out, Richard either answered immediately or called back right away. His responsiveness alone is impressive, but what really sets him apart is the level of care he brings to his work. He treats our home as if it were his own—thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is taken care of properly.The few repairs we needed were handled with a swift turnaround, and Richard made sure we always understood what was happening and what to expect. I honestly was not expecting this level of attention and service, and it has made all the difference.We are grateful for the entire America’s Home Place team, but especially for Richard, whose dedication and professionalism continue to give us peace of mind in our new home.Highly recommend!
We could not be happier with our house. Have lived here almost a year and have not had any issues. The team at AHP in Augusta were very knowledgeable, professional and made the whole process easy. Even with the hurricane happening in middle of our build the crews were back at it with in a week and we had no damage to the house.
They hit it out of the park!! We had the land but we had no idea how to get a house built or what it might look like when it was finished. America's home place in Augusta solved that for us and gave us a lot of floor plans to choose from. They even allowed us to modify the interior layout and move or remove walls and even flip the entire house plant to fit our location and our needs. All of the folks in the Augusta office. Chad, Nancy, Taylor, and our dedicated project manager Louis were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. America's home place delivered our dream build in just under 8 months. We got started building as soon as we got the build permit at the end of last August and we moved in mid-March this year. Our house looks spectacular inside and out and I would and have definitely recommended them to anyone looking to build a custom home.
