Rob is a fantastic builder. Among his many outstanding attributes are his integrity, attention to detail, and total commitment to providing the best possible product. He stands behind his work even after the normal one year period. We have been in the home he built for our family for nearly two years now and we continue to be extremely happy with it. Rob, in my opinion, is the best builder I’ve ever been involved with. He has built multiple homes for my family. My father owned a drywall company when I was a child and I’ve been around lots of builders but there are none that compete with Lacher Construction. His attention to detail is beyond exceptional. His subs are some of the best in the business because he holds them to a higher standard of detail.
