Boardwalk Homes, Inc.

There can be no stronger endorsement than repeat collaboration. After finishing our basement in 2023, we had Boardwalk Homes back in '24 to construct a fireplace/surround in '24 and our kitchen in '25. Steve's craftsmanship and Karilyn's design sense are a powerful combination. Give us time and we'll have another project for them in '26.

Boardwalk Homes added a full kitchen and remodeled the bathroom in our finished basement. Steve and his team did outstanding work to help us get the renovations completed prior to when my in-laws moved in with us. Everyone on Steve's team was completely trustworthy, and we felt very comfortable having them in our home throughout the project. The project was completed on time and on budget. We especially appreciated Karilyn's help with the interior design choices for the project. Steve also followed up with us on minor issues after the project was completed to make sure that we are completely satisified. We wholeheartedly recommend Boardwalk Homes without reservation.

We’ve worked with Boardwalk Homes on several projects over the years—including a laundry room remodel, a master bathroom update, finishing our formerly dingy basement, and a handful of smaller upgrades around the house—and every experience has been outstanding. The Boardwalk Homes team has always been professional and easy to work with. They offer thoughtful suggestions, and handle every detail with care. The quality of their workmanship really shows: our laundry room is now bright and functional, the master bath is beautiful, and our basement has been completely transformed into a usable space we actually enjoy spending time in. We also appreciate their consistency—no matter the size of the project, they deliver excellent results. It’s rare to find a company you can trust for both large renovations and small home updates, but Boardwalk Homes has become exactly that for us. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality remodeling work.

We had a 30+ year old split level/raised ranch home kitchen and living area remodeled. We had walls removed, flooring replaced, and staircase redone. Water pipe was added to exterior wall for a refrigerator where water didn’t used to exist. A window was removed another window was relocated. Siding was expertly patched to accommodate change in window layout. Ceiling lights was added throughout area that was remodeled. Front door was replaced. It felt like we were looking at an HGTV remodel when it was all done! We loved the team at Boardwalk and would absolutely use them again. I am posting a couple before and after pictures.

I’d rate Boardwalk a 10 if I could! This company exceeded our expectations for our kitchen remodel in every way! Steve, Karilyn, and Brian are not only skilled, but very customer oriented. They met every deadline and focused on every detail. They always kept the area clean and protected. We felt like family. We love our kitchen. Karilyn helped us choose cabinets, backsplash and quartz that are just perfect for us! Steve and his team handled the construction like the pros they are. If you want a beautiful functional kitchen at a reasonable price, contact Steve and his team at Boardwalk. You can thank me later!
