I’m grateful to have discovered this community! It’s truly a hidden gem of the Denver Metro. The neighborhood is so well planned. Parks and open spaces that really have amazing views. I love that the Gaylord is our neighbor, as it has several dining options and one of the best sports bars in the metro. We can’t wait to see what the Town Center will look like once completed. Our neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming as well. Love this place!
This was a fun fest, geared towards all ages! Loved the freebies at the booths and the costume contest! Beautiful neighborhood!
47 year colorado native and this is by far the WORST community I have ever lived in. Highest crimeRate of anywhere I have lived in Denver. Constant car thefts and break ins. The high school is full of guns. It was a shock to me to learn nearly every boy in the school had a gun and that was perceived as “normal.” Principal confirmed and said yes they all have guns. Most uptight, overly intrusive neighborhood in the metro. Neighbors will be on your ass constantly from where you plant things in your yard, to letting your cat outdoors, to if you sneeze too loud (no joke.) A renter in the neighborhood purposely eves-dropped on a private convo I had with my husband and then minutes later started banging down my door to “talk.” Housing prices have dropped almost $40k in the 3 years I have lived here. I can clearly see why. Property taxes also highest of anywhere I have lived in the metro. My mortgage has gone up almost $1,000 a month in the 3 years I have lived here. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEWHERE BETTER. This community is the worst.
Best decision we ever made was buying a house here. Love our home, our neighbors and the wide open spaces. It’s truly one of a kind and only getting better. It’s a real community feel. I hope it keeps that sense of home even as it grows. Can’t beat the views and the sunsets.
This new development park is so nice. There are LOTS spaces to play football, soccer, fly kites, run w/ your animal, etc. There are also picnic tables in at least 3 different spots. There is a giant cargo net for playing, a giant tree house and a smaller obstacle course as well as a basketball court. The only missing this is a water park but still, very nice.
