Great park for all ages! Most of the are is covered by a soft material that make it perfect for kids run around.Sin lugar a dudas un parque diseñado para todas las edades.
I have lived here in Belcourt for four years and am so proud to call this my home. From the first time I viewed the models I was given a warm welcome by the sales woman Charlene who took the time to go over all the details of the homes and what was included with each model. Don’t get it twisted if you see her in the office on her phone you better believe she is handling customer concerns like she’s handled many of mine, and that she is ensuring that your buying experience is absolutely smooth. I can remember calling her during my lunch to ask her about the colors used in the model and you better believe she had the answer for me right away.
We bought our New Home in Belcourt Collection. We met with Charlene and had the best time and help with her! She helped us so much! There is more than you ever know what goes into buying a new home! The lot, the model, everything! And Charlene was there every step of the way! The best!Charlene is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Ron and I would definitely steer any of our friends to Charlene if they wanted in This area!We have moved in and have had problems with the builder. They are “ slowly “ being worked on, but, this in no way has anything to do with Charlene. Charlene has been there for us all the way. Our Champion, so to speak.Thank you very much!Belcourt could not run without you!
My husband and I were one of the first families to move into Belcourt in 2017. We loved the Mahogany model and quickly started the process to purchase. As with any new construction there were many decisions, questions and planning to be made. Charlene Oliver was always there to quickly answer our many questions and assist with the complex song and dance of building a new home. Charlene has always been professional, timely and available when needed. Many times I would have a burning question I needed an answer to. The timing might be after hours but Charlene would still response. I read something earlier regarding someone feeling race played a role in looking at a property. This is a very sensitive subject. My husband and I are a mixed couple and I have never felt any form of discrimination by Charlene or any other person involved in this process.Three years after living in our Mahogany home we decided to down size but wanted to stay in Belcourt. We then purchased our Tamarind home. Charlene was there to assist in the purchase and closing of both homes. She made the transition smooth and helped on both ends.Belcourt continues to be a place I’m happy to call home.
Customer service, including dealing with the supervisor, was very disappointing. I got the feeling that since the market is good and the homes are in demand, they don't really feel a need to work for the customer. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoy the location, feel, and amenities. The quality of the construction is not good. Due to our timetable, we were not able to select any upgrades. The base features for these homes is very basic. The quality of the materials that are included in the base are the cheapest and poorest quality I've seen, especially in a house that is not exactly "low end". The carpet is the cheapest version I believe you can get . Show stains and already shows sign of wear within the first month. The online site for requesting services for repairs seems great in theory, until you make a request and get no response for over a month. Again, you get the feeling that once they have your money, you don't matter and if they drag out the repairs long enough the 1 year window will expire.Be very wary of these homes. Perhaps if you are able to choose your own upgrades you'll have better luck, but if you get what is included, be prepared to spend more money to replace everything to a higher quality on your own.
