She even put our name on a lot in a very popular area here in the southwest of Bakersfield. It was perfect for us, with recreational amenities and areas to walk and play with access to local stores and healthcare facilities. One day I noticed some new construction on the far west side of Rosedale. I didn’t have time to investigate, but I told her she should check it out. What followed next was life changing. One day she called me up and excitedly said, “Oh my goodness, you gotta see this!” Thirty minutes later I walked into the new model at Soper Homes Construction, and I could see the giddy look on my wife’s face. Her smile was radiant. Both of us knew instantly it would be our new home. Under further investigation we realized this home was superior to anything we’d seen before. Standard items in this Soper home were options on other homes we’d investigated. The attention to detail in the construction quality, design, painting and stucco were unmatched. Large spacious rooms accommodated both our interests and hobbies. It was perfect. What really sealed the deal was the local family that built it. Led by Mike Soper we soon learned how genuine, humble, and professional this family was in building our dream home. Mike, Lisa, John, and Jeff have been so kind and humble throughout the entire process. Even Mike's wife designed and decorated the interior of this stunning model home! This was indeed a family affair. Any concerns we have had were immediately addressed. This wasn’t the cold, distant hand of a large corporate construction company. Soper Homes has bent over backwards providing options and alternatives we would have never seen in other homes. My wife and I practically lived in the model home, and we’ve always felt welcomed by Lisa and the Soper family. Although we decided against purchasing a new home at this time we Initially started the process with Luigi Soper and it couldn't of been a better experience. Mr. Soper's professionalism, knowlege, and overall genuine concern for our wants and needs were met at every angle.We randomly walked into the new model home where their new office was being set up and Mr. Soper just happened to be there that day working on the new model. Although busy, he took time out of his day to give a walk through, explain all the features of Soper homes and even information on financing options that their company offers. Their homes are top of the line with many cool upgrade options and design concepts that are functional and streamlined.I highly recommend anyone looking to buy new construction in the Bakersfield area to make an appointment with Soper homes. My wife, Bonnie, and I Have been in our Soper home for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. From the start of planning our home to the finished product Mike and his team made the experience a great one! Any concerns or questions were answered quickly and professionally. Although we had few changes the ones we did make were handled with ease and never a problem. Alli did a great job putting all the finishing products together for us.Jim was terrific to work with! Never a problem answering questions or providing insight on how solve problems when they arose. After moving in, anything that needed attention Jim was there and fixing right away. I would highly recommend The Soper team to anyone looking to build their dream home!
