We are absolutely thrilled with our entire experience working with Joe Lena of Bayrich Construction Inc. on the demolition and construction of our new home! The level of professionalism and attention to detail was remarkable. They took the time to listen to our vision and incorporated every little detail we wanted, while also offering valuable suggestions that improved and elevated the design. They took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful, functional space that perfectly suits our needs. Throughout the build, Joe and his team communicated consistently and were always on hand to answer our questions, provide updates, and ensure that we were involved in every step of the process.

What truly impressed us was the seamless coordination between the various trades involved, and with ensuring that inspections were proactively scheduled, which resulted in no periods of time where there was no movement on the project. Thanks to the incredible management and coordination of our project, it was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Unless we initiated an upgrade, there were no additional charges.

Joe's work ethic is second-to-none, and it’s clear he and his team have a passion for what they do. The craftsmanship is top-notch. Every room, every corner of the house, shows their commitment to quality. They used high-end materials, and the finishing touches are flawless.

What really stood out to us was Joe's dedication to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the project. Any concerns we had, no matter how big or small, were addressed promptly and professionally, and no question or idea we had seemed too complicated.

Bayrich Construction Inc. was hired to complete an extensive remodel of our home which included: structural wall removal, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen remodel, hard-wood flooring, staircase reno, carpeting, bathroom remodel, windows, interior/exterior paint etc. This was our first major project. Joe and his network of contractors were fantastic, we are extremely pleased with the end result and the attention to detail. Joe was always available to answer questions, attended the site frequently and offered valuable suggestions. When Joe was not present, Bradley his "right-hand" was on-site to oversee progress and complete finishing touches. The project was completed on-time and on-budget!

We bought a lot in Cookstown for building a home in 2022. Shortly after we drove around the neighborhood and found the Bayrich Construction sign just a couple of streets over. We knocked on the door and that's where we met Joe. After several conversations with Joe, it was obvious that he was the right person to build the home for us. Not only is Joe knowledgeable and very experienced, We felt that we could connect with Joe and our concerns were heard. He was very open and detailed in walking us through the entire building process. He worked with us through the architectural design, provided us with a detailed estimate, and guided us through the permitting process. Joe was very timeline driven. During the permitting process, he was getting multiple quotes on long lead items that proved to be critical in having the house built in less time than we budgeted for. Joe had a good group of subcontractors and suppliers that provided very reasonable cost but custom home quality. Joe accompanied us to suppliers to select material and colors. He would explain to us where we could get more value for our dollar in choosing materials. We always felt supported and kept up-to-date. At the end, the house was built to very close to the budgeted estimate. The house feels solid and of great quality. I love jumping up and down the floors feeling the solid construction. We learned so much from Joe that we are not afraid of the home building process. I highly recommend Bayrich Construction for anyone looking to build or renovate their homes.
