From the first contact with Ryan of CHW, to crossing the finish line, it was a pleasure to work with this Company. The team, Justin, Cole, Sergio and the last day, Corey and Patrick were added to the mix to finish off, were all wonderful to work with. As Sergio didn’t hesitate to tell me “that won’t look right”, LOL, with 18 years experience I figured he was right and he was.My husband and I are getting on in years so it was nice they took the furniture off the deck and put it back when they finished. We had substantial damage to an existing deck from the winter, we wanted it torn down and rebuilt. To add to the trouble, living in a middle unit townhouse with no access around, all material from demolition and new construction had to go through the house. The floors were always covered and protected, the work area and the access through the house was always kept clean. From the initial quote to the finishing touches the crew at Custom Home Works knocked it out of the park. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
Right from the get go Custom Home Works-CHW gave only friendly, professional, polite and timely service. I thought it too good to be true. Justin and Ryan were our go to guys, efficiency and honesty personified. We had delays and they worked with us with no issues at all. Paul and Alex built our beautiful 2 level deck.
