Built a new home with Bardwell in 2024 in their Highlandia development. I was pleased with the process, which included choosing my specific lot, selecting my plans, going through the design process at their office, and working with their project superintendents to get my home from start to finish. Bardwell made sure every one of my concerns were addressed prior to completion, and even came back a few times after closing for touch up work. Great folks.
