From early on Tiffany Faul, and Amanda Blakeney have gone above and beyond to make our building and mortgage process seamless. Level Homes provided excellent customer service through the entire process. Our process was one not for the faint of heart due to a buyer backing out two days before closing and our home being listed for almost a year. We can not thank Level Homes enough for providing us with a beautiful home.

Our sales agent, Mary-Kathryn, was outstanding. Before we made our final decision, she took the time to show us multiple models across Baton Rouge, helping us find the perfect floor plan. Throughout the build, she was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated on progress, and made a point to greet us whenever we were around.

Chris Simpson, our construction manager, was instrumental in making sure everything came together flawlessly. He was always responsive, met with me during the build to go over customizations, and worked closely with contractors to ensure everything was done right. During our final walkthrough, he was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Any outstanding items were documented and addressed before closing. Chris even made sure all our inspector’s concerns were resolved, showing a true commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Overall, we’re very happy with our Level Homes experience. No home is ever perfect—especially with so many trades involved—but we feel confident in Level’s dedication to addressing any issues that may arise during our warranty period. We truly appreciate the care and attention the team put into building our home and would highly recommend them!

Working with Bonnie was equally rewarding; she was extremely responsive and consistently went above and beyond to assist with inquiries or concerns.

Bonnie Plaisance and Melissa Crow are excellent to work with from picking lots, plans and other items for your home. the TEAM overall have a very Pleasing and Professional attitude. I can't leave Colton he made out final walk through before closing so pleasant and stress free.

I’ve had my Level Home for three years and the garage door spring spontaneously broke last night. Level said this falls outside their year warranty. The repair man that came showed me that Level placed one spring that was 225 and another that was 218. The one that broke was the 218. He said while that will work the tension is higher on the 218 side to compensate and why the spring broke. Level Homes did not cover this and shows the shortcuts they take on their home. Buyer BEWARE. Also, the 2-10 Warranty program they give you in your binder is a joke. When you try to submit a claim you can’t get anyone on the phone.
