Everything was organized and scheduled through the Co-Construct app which kept everyone up to speed and on track. We have an elderly grandmother that lives with us, so our customization was complicated at times. Casey was open to all of the ideas I threw his way and did his best to accommodate each concept I brought up for our specialized needs. Every morning he made his daily rounds through the neighborhood checking on all the current build sites and making sure all workers for the day were on track and ready to go. I was always told how hard building a house was, but I never felt overwhelmed during our construction process. Even after closing, Casey and his team made sure to fix any unnoticed issues that came up. He has a team member to work on every specific issue that might occur, and they are always in communication with you until the task has been completed. Even as excited as we were to be done and to move in, I missed my daily interactions with some of the extended team members... especially Melane at Signature Southern! If you are thinking of building, give him a call...he makes the process a breeze and has everything lined out step-by-step. Thank you Patterson Construction for helping us create our beautiful home!
I absolutely love my new home! Arbor Grove was the perfect choice! It is a beautiful, friendly, and family oriented neighborhood.Partnering with Casey Patterson and his team has been a great experience. From our first call to schedule showings of multiple homes to closing day, both Casey and his wife Dianna offered outstanding customer service and an open exchange of communication.I was very impressed to find Casey himself at the final inspection with color coded tape encouraging us to use a keen eye to identify any items that needed to be addressed.He wanted my new home to meet my satisfaction and made us comfortable with communicating even the smallest detail. With every new home there comes a punch list with a few items to address. Casey also introduces each of his customers to the CoConstruct app. My realtor, Brenda Zerangue, and I were able to follow the progress of my purchase from the time I submitted the purchase agreement through the completion of my Punchlist. It was amazing to watch the coordination across the teams as they communicated my needs and scheduled appointments directly with me on the application. Buying a new home can be stressful; however, it has been a great experience with Casey. I love my new forever home.
