The encounter I had with the recent purchase of my new home construction, built by Willie & Willie Home Builders, was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. The owner and staff was polite, efficient and prompt in correcting minor cosmetic issues. During the punch list walk through the owner and myself noted details that needed attention such as paint touch-up, spot on carpet, debris on windows, ant mound near back patio and construction equipment in yard. The owner had all issues corrected in short order. There were no hidden fees or surprises - everything was as expected. They kept me informed and were fair on costs. The owner was responsive to my questions and easy to reach, communicating effectively and promptly; responding to emails and calls within the same day very reliably. Also, I appreciate being informed of even small changes along the way. Overall, I was pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Good craftsmanship throughout the whole project. They treated my home as like their own - meticulous care. The owner/builder went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
