We bought our home new, completely paid for. It had some issues before the warranty was up. One of the issues was the driveway. My husband contacted your company, email, way before the contract was up. You came out and checked and stated that you will be back with someone to fix it. Here it is February. You sent someone on Monday to tell my husband it will now cost him 40k to fix it. I believe you waited until the warranty was expired and you are trying to take advantage of him because you know he can pay for it. You did not honor the warranty at all, so make it make sense. We are very intelligent and we keep a paper trail and believe me everything he sends to you he sends to his lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you to anyone. I will always tell the truth people of how we were treated before we purchase up until now.
