The new home communities were welcoming. The ladies that worked at each of the communities were informative. The neighbors that I encountered were also kind.
Although I love the community I now live in I would never choose Fulford to build with again. Sub contractors cut corners and issues continue to pop up as time passes. The project manager does not hold sub contractors to quality work. I have lived in my home for 2 months and they have done nothing they said they would do since then. I haven't met a person in our neighborhood who hasn't had issues with their home and Fulford in general. They are pleasant upfront, but once building begins, watch out.
The quality of my house that was built is great! I have not had any issues with my home. You can tell Fulford really took the time to build my home its gorgeous! I have been in my new house almost 6 months. Fulford gave me a free upgraded garage with windows because they had an extra one. I have all the modern home ammnenties such as; high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, french door refrigerator, kitchen island, granite and marble tops, open concept, modern lighting, big oversized windows, split master bedroom, walk in shower, two tone flooring, walk in closet, double vanity sinks and much more! My refrigerator had a small dent in it and Fulford called the store and had the door replaced. Fulford was courteous, professional, helpful, always answered my questions and it was great to work with Andrea West she made sure the home building process was smooth and fun! If I built another home it would be with Fulford again!
