Solaire Homebuilders

I've had the pleasure of photographing and documenting dozens of Soliare Homebuilders projects over the past few years — from construction progress to finished homes — and they consistently set the bar. Their jobsites are some of the cleanest and most organized I've worked on, which tells you a lot about how they operate. The office staff, project managers, and ownership team are all genuinely professional and easy to work with. The quality of their finished homes speaks for itself — one project I photographed even earned an HM in Green Builder Magazine. If you're looking for a builder who takes pride in every stage of the process, Soliare is the real deal.

Solaire Homebuilders is everything you hope to find in a custom home builder and then some. From the moment you engage with their team, it is clear that this is a company that genuinely listens. They take the time to understand your vision, ask the right questions, and collaborate with you throughout every stage of the process. The result is a home that feels truly personal — not a template, but a reflection of how you actually want to live. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. Solaire builds beautiful, high performance homes that are as thoughtfully designed on the inside as they are stunning on the outside. Their commitment to efficiency means you are not just getting a gorgeous home — you are getting one that is smart, sustainable, and built to last. What sets Solaire apart beyond the quality of their work is the quality of their character. They are active and generous members of the Bend community, and that spirit of giving back is evident in everything they do. You get the sense that building great homes and being good neighbors are equally important to this team. If you are looking for a builder you can trust to bring your vision to life with integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care, Solaire Homebuilders belongs at the top of your list.

We are currently embarking on the journey to create our dream forever home with Solaire Homebuilders in Bend, OR. From the outset, Geoff, MaryLea, and the entire team have shown remarkable responsiveness in ensuring that our vision and aspirations for our home are fully realized. During our initial meeting to share our ideas, it quickly became clear that we were in capable hands. Solaire's commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness is commendable. They introduced us to architect Neal Huston, who crafted a stunning design tailored to our aging-in-place needs, and we love every aspect of it. We are thoroughly impressed by Solaire's meticulous attention to detail and their invaluable assistance in making choices regarding all elements that contribute to the creation of our ideal home.
