McCalls has built a great team. I have always had 1st class service with everyone I have worked with . Recently had an issue well outside of warranty covered by them as they owned up to being the cause. Mwkes me confident knowing i invested in thst area and content as it alludes to a time when companies in our country were built on those values.
We bought our first ever home with McCall and were remote for the majority of the time, and despite this it was a great experience. Jerred was super communicative, answered more questions than any one person should have to, and through the building process, the entire team was lovely. We love it here!
We love McCall homes! It was the easiest process from start to finish. As first-time home buyers, we felt like this was such a great transitional process. It almost felt like we had the perks of renting while owning our home (touch ups, warranties, HOA, etc.).Our neighbors are great, the neighborhood is super walkable and it’s just an overall fun place to live! We look forward to many more years here :)
Low quality craftsmanship. No two ways around it, these guys cut corners, and it shows in the final product. Rob was particularly bad, I have never heard anyone arguing like he does with a client.
Very happy with our new build. My experience with McCall homes is they have been very quick to fix any and all issues. Our neighborhood is safe and I feel great about letting my kids ride their bikes to the neighborhood parks. We are so excited to continue to watch the neighborhood grow!
