Well about a month later there was an issue that needed correcting and I had no doubt it would be taken care of and Matthew was on top of it to the point of going back a few weeks later to check on them. The house is great and they have never been happier!!
The thing is problems exist with anything its how you handle them that really sets you apart from the rest. Thats Matthew Gregory!!

I say this as a flipper myself and one who consistently consults with him and his company for advice on how to excel in this field. Matthew is a man of extremely high integrity and he cuts no corners for excellence. I’ve personally known him for over 15 years and it may actually be closer to 20 years. I highly recommend his homes for sale that have been remodeled, his air b&b’s for rent and anything he has involvement in.
