My clients purchased a awesome house listed a few years ago that Matthew remodeled. Well about a month later there was an issue that needed correcting and I had no doubt it would be taken care of and Matthew was on top of it to the point of going back a few weeks later to check on them. Matthew is a man of extremely high integrity and he cuts no corners for excellence. I’ve personally known him for over 15 years and it may actually be closer to 20 years. I highly recommend his homes for sale that have been remodeled, his air b&b’s for rent and anything he has involvement in.
