First of all, they are wonderful people. Since this was our first time building a home, we did not know how the entire process worked. They were always very patient with us and answered every single one of our million questions we had for them.They build a quality home. Scott and Vicki use great subcontractors and cut zero corners. Scott is constantly out at the job site making sure everything is done correctly, which was very comforting to us. We have no doubt that they are second to none in the Bismarck area when it comes to quality.Building with Hallmark Homes was the best decision that we made and we absolutely love our home so much. Cannot say enough good things. We had such a great experience with Hallmark. It was so fun designing our home that we did it twice. The craftsmanship in both our homes has been amazing to say the least & the attention to detail was fabulous. We can’t wait to build again when the kids leave the nest.
