I wanted to share my experience with CJM communities in the process of building my families forever dream home! When I first bought the land and started reaching out to builders, I called about 5 different ones. All of which answered and were extremely rude and short with me. Gary (Owner of CJM) was the only one that was extremely kind and answered every single question without concern. I went through a very tough year in 2023 due to getting a fungus on my spine and taking me out of work, they found a way to be extremely flexible with me, and it allowed me to still make this dream come true.

Now let's talk about the build process, our previous home was in Watercrest Parkland. Which I am very thankful for, however this process and experience was night and day different. The build quality does not even come close to comparing. They do an amazing job at making sure everything is done perfectly, if its not its quickly fixed. Obviously, man made things will never be flawless, but they are damn close! They are constantly communicating, and you are never in the dark.

I highly highly recommend you stop your builder shopping here and just commit to them! You will not regret it, I assure you!
