North Shore Home Builders

Working with Build North Shore to finish our basement was an incredible experience from start to finish. They flawlessly transformed our previously unfinished and unused space, creating a beautiful and highly functional extension of our home. Joe and Ben, our project managers, were outstanding—communicative, transparent, and truly masters of their craft, offering their knowledge and expertise at every step. Their attention to detail and commitment to our project made us feel like a top priority, regardless of how many other jobs they had going on simultaneously. Every member of their extended team who entered our home to complete work was respectful, noninvasive, and efficient. Mike, the owner and CEO of NSHB, has built an exceptional team, setting the bar incredibly high for any other building companies in the area. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result—and we already know who we’ll be calling for our next project. Whether the job is large or small, there is truly no one else we’ll be working with moving forward.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job of redeveloping my yard into a much more user friendly space. They came in with a fresh design that we weren't even thinking of and it works perfectly. The access to the space wasn't easy as I live in a congested neighborhood , but even with the obstacles in place, they were able to rebuild the stairs off the back of my house, repave my entire backyard, and build a retaining wall with access to the back gate, which is 6 feet higher than my yard.

North Shore Home Builders was so amazing to work with! From the initial visit right through to the end, they made the process less overwhelming for me. I was so impressed with their proactive communication and how reliable they were. I’ve had previous jobs where contractors say they’ll come and then they don’t show up until days later but this process was much different. The team walked me through each step and created a beautiful new living space in my home! I highly recommend them for your next project!

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from North Shore Home Builders! Mike was extremely helpful and integral in helping me and my family figure out our dream home. We didn’t even know where to begin and the advice and insight provided through North Shore Home Builders made the entire process a breeze. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

Mike and his crew really are the best and most professional company you can hire. Their work really shows how passionate they are in making your dream home a reality. They are real easy to communicate with and they had the best and most affordable prices. I can highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to make and build their dream home a reality.
