I’m retired military, a successful engineer and 9 months pregnant. My real estate agent is also very successful and has been working in her profession for 28 years. I was running errands close by (though I live in western Maryland) and realized i had time to see homes in the area, so I was dressed casually. My agent was gracious enough to meet me on very short notice. She was dressed casually as well. Because we both were taking care of personal matters. Throughout my visit, I felt as though the Caruso sales agent was very condescending and unhelpful. Her language suggested that I may not be able to afford the homes I was looking for and I should talk to a lender before she assisted any further. I remained cordial, but felt very disappointed in my experience. She didn’t even ask my name and was constantly viewing her watch while I was speaking. I don’t think I should have to be dressed up in an establishment to be treated like someone wants to make a sale. I will be taking my business to another community.
Great customer service while you’re in your warranty and survey window; after that there’s no reply to emails and calls.
It’s been a really good experience. Things didn’t always go to plan but they made it right.Lovely house!! They said they would build it in 6 months and they did.
I COME HERE WHENEVER I FEEL DOWN TO GET MOTIVATED. THIS IS MY DREAM HOME AND HOPE THAT ONE DAY I CAN AFFORD TO BUY THIS HOME AND CREATE MEMORIES. CHECK OUT CARUSO HOMES EVERYONE AND ENJOY THIS ABSOLUTE GEM OF A COMPANY. MUST WARN ITS EXTREMELY PRICY. 1.39M PRICEY BUT THERE ARE DEFINITELY PLENTY OF CHEAPER LAYOUTS THAT THEY OFFER
I Fell In Love with this Beautiful Home the first time that I stepped into it! It literally took my breath away as my family and I walked through it! The Master Bedroom Suite to me is what swayed me the most! That huge closet and bathroom-a woman’s dream! Lovely kitchen! Awesome basement, great for entertainment! I love the theatre room! The whole house is just Beautiful! I’m patiently waiting for the day that I become a Caruso Home Owner! Great job on the presentation of this home! Thank you Stephanie Boyle-Gauvreau for always being so pleasant and warm welcoming to me whenever I visited this home! Keep up the great work!
