The open house was wonderful. The team was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and created a very comfortable experience.The model homes were absolutely beautiful to the point that I found myself already assigning rooms to my children. Just finished our new home construction with DRB at south lake and had an overall wonderful experience. Although we did have a few hiccups, our sales rep. Ingrid was always quick in action to rectify and advocate for us. She was very patient and accommodating and always provided the necessary reassurance during difficult times. She made our experience 1000 times better and one of the primary reasons we purchased at South Lake.
Beautiful house models, nice housing community, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Dana has been very helpful in my families process in designing our new house in South Lake with DRB Homes. The design studio was great and our designer was super knowledgeable as well. Our overall experience with DRB has been 10/10 no complaints - we even were able to see the model home of the style we wanted somewhere else.

They provide regular updates regarding the home build process and will answer any question or concerns you may have. They are a great team and I am excited to move into our new home!
My experience with DRB Homes South Lake has been none other than outstanding!!!!! The open concept in the model home was very appealing. The layout feels spacious and really ideal for entertaining. Love, love, love the kitchen, with its large island and modern appliances which was a standout for me. The sales representatives are fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I can’t wait until my husband and I move into our new home!!!
