Blueridge Homes Inc.

We could not be more pleased in our decision to entrust our Bozeman dream home to Blueridge Homes. While we stepped into a home that had already been designed by Carolyn and Richard (brilliantly, I might add), my husband and I relished the opportunity to work with them to the home's completion. Home building and buying are inherently stressful processes, especially when labor is short and materials are hard to find. Fortunately, we could count on timely communication from Carolyn during all steps of the process. Furthermore, we learned quickly that we could trust this team to insist on quality workmanship from all contractors. Carolyn and Richard are simply good people who know good work. We absolutely made the best decision when we chose Blueridge Homes as the builder of our Montana home.

Blueridge Homes designed and built an exceptional home for us. Both Richard and Carolyn were wonderful to work with. While Carolyn helped with design details, Richard built us a quality home that exceeded our expectations. Although our project was completed over five years ago, we consider Richard and Carolyn to be our good friends, which is a result of the excellent working relationship provided by Blueridge Homes. (Kathleen Serratto) Blueridge Homes finished our home on time and on budget. Richard was always available and Carolyn walked us through the interior design process from start to finish. We ended with a wonderful, custom home and a wonderful relationship with Richard and Carolyn. I would build a house with Richard and Carolyn all over again without hesitation. (Michael Serratto)

Richard Carvalho, architect and builder of Blueridge Homes designed and built our spectacular new home. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process of creating our dream. Richard is meticulous and works with crews who do the highest quality work. He and Carolyn made our building experience pleasant and manageable and we are thrilled with the results. We can't recommend Blueridge Homes more highly!

Working with Blueridge not only injected fresh air into our plans to build, but we were moved in nine months from our first meeting. We had met with other builders, in some cases multiple times, and were getting nowhere. We met with Richard and Carolyn and within two weeks had a contact and a week after that had draft plans. It took us an additional six to eight weeks to get to final plans and close on our construction loan and we were moved in a short seven months after that. Richard and Carolyn helped us turn our ideas into plans and then into a home. They worked with us on our budget and helped us choose unique touches that make our barndominium a barn and a home that we love. They were great to work with and we highly recommend them.

Blueridge Homes designed and built an outstanding home for us. Richard expertly shaped the home's design to our preferences. Carolyn provided highly valuable design and project management expertise. We were living in another state during design and construction, but everything was accomplished with only 3 visits to Montana to review plans and progress and to make the necessary decisions. Our home was constructed on time for our planned move-in. We are pleased we chose Blueridge!
