We moved here from out of state. We hired Tim with High Caliber Homes. He was a pleasure to work with even while we did most everything by phone, email or texts. Arriving at our property once or twice a month Tim was always there working and managing the building process. The site was always clean and orderly. The respect and availability he had from his sub contractors was proof he was a top notch builder. The quality of the home is evident throughout. We have lived here now in the Belgrade area for nearly two years. We would highly recommend, and have been recommending, High Caliber Homes to anyone looking for a quality builder. We had Tim do a remodel/addition on our home. He did a great job and really put the customer first. It is hard to find people that have the knowledge to complete the job properly, the attention to detail, are honest, and do it all for a fare price. Those type of GC's are rare. If you are looking for a home builder they really are hard to beat!
