What customers say
Customers describe positive experiences working with the team. A new-construction customer says the home was delivered on time and on budget, with punch-list work handled in a timely way; a homeowner who bought a six-year-old Brista home without buying directly from the company says Mark continued answering questions and stood by them after they identified original components that fell short of the quality he expected from subcontractors.
Customer Reviews
Jay Dembsky
We bought a 6-year old Brista Home in 2025. Mark Ursini and his team have no obligation to assist us as new owners since we did not buy directly from Brista. We have been thrilled that Mark takes such pride in homes that he builds, as he continues to assist us from time to time when we have questions. Furthermore, he stood by us when we identified in 2025 some original component parts that were not the quality he expected from his subcontractors when installed back in 2019.
We love our Brista home, and we are fortunate that we have Mark and his team supporting us as owners.
Hodge Podge LLC
Brista Homes Inc always goes above and beyond for their clients, and we’re happy to recommend them on behalf of Hodge Podge LLC.
Jeff Snauwaert
The Brista Homes team delivered our new construction home on time and on budget and were very timely with all punch list items.
Their follow up, even after the warranty period, has been above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your home construction project.
John Harshman
After interviewing several builders, we selected Brista Homes to construct our new home. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience and appreciated working with Mark, Beth, Brad, Margarita and the rest of the Brista team. Mark handled all the minor and major issues as they came up and helped resolve every challenge. We appreciated Beth’s diligence in locating fixtures and helping to value engineer the project. The finished home is everything we had hoped - we highly recommend Brista to our friends and acquaintances who are considering constructing a new home.
