Arman Dilek on Goshen Tiny Homes

We had a slightly unusual situation: planning our St Pete ADU build mostly while living out-of-state for a temporary work assignment. I was nervous, to say the least! Goshen Tiny Homes was incredible. Their use of remote calls for consultations and updates was flawless. They did site visits with my local contact, and I felt completely in the loop. They handled ALL the local permitting headaches, which would have been impossible for me from afar. Stepping into the finished home when we finally moved back felt amazing – it was exactly as we'd planned. Huge shoutout to them for making a complex, long-distance build so smooth. Highly, highly recommend for anyone, but especially if you're not on-site!

Raheem Edgerton on Goshen Tiny Homes

We were seriously debating selling our Miami house because life outgrew it. Instead of uprooting everything, we built an ADU in the backyard. That one decision let us keep the neighborhood, the schools, and our routines, without feeling boxed in. Goshen Tiny Homes helped us stay put and still move forward.

Steve L. on Goshen Tiny Homes

I’m currently working with Goshen Tiny Homes on the build of my new home, and I’m really happy and excited about the progress so far. The team has been great with communication and attention to detail. I’ll update this review as the adventure continues and we move further along in the process!

Our backyard in St. Pete was begging for something more — it just felt incomplete. We wanted a cool, simple ADU for storing stuff, hanging out, and hosting friends. But we had no clue where to begin.

Goshen Tiny Homes made it easy. From the first site visit and free estimate, they handled everything like pros. The best part? They took on the whole permitting mess with the city — seriously, that alone was a game changer.

Choosing finishes was fun (didn’t expect that), and they helped us find a look that really fits our style. Now we’ve got a backyard space that works hard and looks great.

If you’re even thinking about adding an ADU, just call Goshen. They turn confusion into clarity — and empty backyards into something awesome.

Totally in love with our tiny house from Goshen Tiny Homes! Thought about building it ourselves, but with deadlines looming, we decided against it. After lots of digging, Goshen Tiny Homes emerged as the clear winner. They had the best prices, and the quality? Absolutely amazing (so glad we skipped the DIY route!). Every little detail is perfect.

Dealing with Serge was super easy. We hit him with probably a gazillion questions, and he was cool and helpful through it all. Seriously, if you're thinking of going tiny, you gotta check out Goshen Tiny Homes. They rock!
