Lee Wetherington Homes built a beautiful custom home for us in the Sarasota area. We are very pleased with the final product! Visitors without exception compliment the home for many reasons. The company has been extremely responsive and attentive to areas or details that needed addressing. David Hunihan (Chief Executive Officer), Jack Williams (VP of Construction), Chris Stauffer (Production Manager), and Steve Manka (Customer Service Representative) have been very polite, courteous, and responsive. They try hard! There were no delays in the construction of our home, and despite rapidly rising construction costs during our build, Lee Wetherington was true to the original contractual price. Keeping the project moving and adherence to the original contractual price is not true of all builders in the Sarasota area. If we had to do it all over again we’d hire Lee Wetherington Homes. We met Lee Wetherington, a very nice gentleman! We highly recommend Lee Wetherington Homes without reservation! Our now completed home is our beautiful oasis! Please see photos (13).
