We have worked with Ross Built on two different projects and they have provided us with the most amazing Anna Maria Island homes. Our first project was a remodel. They did such a wonderful job that we couldn't imagine using anyone else to build our custom home on the island. The owners Greg and Lee Ross were directly involved throughout the entire building process and always available to answer questions and concerns. Our building supervisor, Nate was always dependable and timely to follow up on questions. He kept the building process going throughout the pandemic. We felt that we had the support necessary from Greg, Lee, Nate and the entire team that enabled good quality honest communication that was integral to a successful experience. Their hands on involvement from the very beginning to the end is unmatched by anyone I have ever worked with. I am an architect/builder myself and my expectations were greater than most. they always exceeded them. They and everyone in the organization has an affinity for quality and detail that at times exceeded my own. the home building experience can be a rough one but they will guide you effortlessly through the design and construction.
