Ross Built Custom Homes

We have worked with Ross Built on two different projects and they have provided us with the most amazing Anna Maria Island homes. Our first project was a remodel. They did such a wonderful job that we couldn't imagine using anyone else to build our custom home on the island. They walked us through every step of the project, ensured quality construction, provided insightful and tasteful style recommendations, and were so communicative through the build. They have the best people working on their team and we truly trusted throughout the entire process. My husband and I highly recommend Ross Built and consider them the best of the best!

Our experience building a home with Ross Built Construction was outstanding. Lee and Greg Ross were involved every step of the way to design a dream home that fits our needs, budget and style. Our project manager Nate kept us updated and kept the project moving, even during the pandemic. Communication and customer service with all of the staff was the best. We always felt like top priority clients when we had questions or concerns. The subcontractor team provided highest quality work with attention to detail. We absolutely love our new beach home. We get so many compliments from guests, as well as from strangers walking by. I give my very highest praise for Ross Built Construction. Tami Wahlin Holmes Beach, Florida

We recently finished a custom home build by Ross Built Construction on Anna Maria Island Florida. The entire experience from start to finish was truly delightful. The owners Greg and Lee Ross were directly involved throughout the entire building process and always available to answer questions and concerns. Our building supervisor, Nate was always dependable and timely to follow up on questions. He kept the building process going throughout the pandemic. We felt that we had the support necessary from Greg, Lee, Nate and the entire team that enabled good quality honest communication that was integral to a successful experience. Today we have a beautiful home that we all can be so proud of and I would not look to anyone else other than Ross Built Construction to build again! Al Wahlin Holmes Beach Florida

Ross Built Custom Homes owned and run by Lee and Greg Ross is an outstanding boutique custom builder. Their hands on involvement from the very beginning to the end is unmatched by anyone I have ever worked with. I am an architect/builder myself and my expectations were greater than most. they always exceeded them. They and everyone in the organization has an affinity for quality and detail that at times exceeded my own. the home building experience can be a rough one but they will guide you effortlessly through the design and construction. I highly recommend them!
