We have entrusted LRC Construction with a wide range of projects at our home, from minor updates to major undertakings, including two bathrooms (a three-piece bath and a spacious, fully accessible barrier-free bathroom designed for wheelchair use), an expansive flagstone patio, and a substantial 24 × 32-foot 2 level storage barn. If any further renovations are needed, LRC would undoubtedly be our first call.
The entire team consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to client satisfaction. Every request or modification we made—no matter how numerous—was ALWAYS met with a “yes” and executed with care. When inevitable challenges arose (as they do in any construction project, regardless of the contractor), they were addressed promptly, professionally, and without hesitation.
As a quadriplegic, I required a contractor who could not only meet specific accessibility requirements for wheelchair use but also respectfully accommodate my daily routines and needs related to my condition. LRC Construction handled every aspect of this with sensitivity, flexibility, and zero resistance, making the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free.
We highly recommend LRC Construction without reservation.

The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and we could truly see the care and pride they put into their work. They helped with renovations on our in law suite and my studio space, and everything turned out beautifully. Dylon & his team are dedicated to the level of work they provide to their customer, which begins with the first visit to review the project. The lines of communication are always open & available before, during and even after the renovation.

We brought in LRC to do a significant addition to our home. After searching for the better part of a year for someone to do what we wanted the way we wanted, LRC delivered. (Not that we had ridiculous requirements, but after being advised in a previous quote that a full basement couldn't be completed, only a crawlspace, LRC had a full depth basement dug and poured in a week). They were able to meet our vision, our budget, and worked with us in a way that allowed our own competencies to contribute to the project. Very professional team that takes pride in their work. Unlike companies that would further sub-contract most of the work, LRC has a lot of in-house experience and ability. It allowed the project to be carried out efficiently without the challenges of each phase turning into the "next guys" problem; someone from LRC was always the next guy. We've brought them back for a couple of odds and ends projects now that the majority of the addition is complete, and they will likely be our first call again in the future.

From start to finish, Austin and Devon's teams have been absolutely amazing. We needed to replace our garage as it was falling apart and the cement pad was below grade, plus we needed our addition on the back of the house sided. To our surprise, the teams came in and took exactly 3 weeks to complete the work as per their paperwork regardless of the weather. Here are pictures of the completed work. We highly recommend LRC for any type of work that you need completed (reasonably priced, reasonable timeframe for completion).
