From the beginning I could tell the difference professional quote very detailed and all the team are really nice and responsive to your needs. Matthew S fondly called "the tile guy" showed such attention to detail in his work and alot of patience will working with us after a bad experience you can imagine we were a bit on edge but he really helped. Chris and Max worked hard to correct the other contractors flaws and then added their touch to our bar finish shelves in pantry and the painting ended up so nice. We have hired MBD Matt and his crew to do our main floor now its and extensive reno. Oh and Matt gives you contacts that you can pick out kitchen cabinets and counter tops and flooring helping in so many ways. More stars if they afforded. Happy new years MBD and look forward to this year's reno. Oh let me not forget Pam in Admin just such a nice lady to work with helped me navigate their app they use that shows you your schedule for work to be completed and invoices so professional.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team for a full basement demo and renovation, including a complete bathroom and kitchen for our expanded home. From start to finish, the experience was highly professional and met all our expectations.

Matt and his team were always punctual and adhered strictly to the budget we had set. They were flexible in working within our budget but also discussed more upscale options when we wanted to enhance certain aspects of the renovation.

On top of that, the team was super professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They kept us in the loop throughout the project, answered all our questions, and left the workspace clean and organized every day. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

The team is fully insured and follows all regulations, giving us peace of mind. They also assisted in obtaining necessary permits, which made the process smoother. MBD utilizes Buildertrend for scheduling and payment, which follows a weekly schedule using project milestones. This system kept everything transparent and on track.

At the end of the day, renovations can be stressful, but Matt and his team made it as painless as possible. They found solutions to any challenges that came up and were fully committed to making sure we were happy with the results.

I can’t say enough great things about Matt and his crew. They are all extremely professional and efficient. We have had Matt doing renovations at our house more than once over the last 6 years. He is always extremely knowledgeable and warranties all their work. Which is always top notch!
They remodelled our upstairs bathroom this year and continually worked with our request, vision and yet made helpful suggestions.
We are always looking forward to our next project with them!
