Epic Custom Homes LLC

Epic Custom Homes are wonderful builders. The entire process from start to finish is smooth, transparent & stress free. Kirk & his team are knowledgeable, meticulous and operate with integrity. Our home was beautiful and within budget. The few punch list items we had before walk through were addressed quickly and we closed on time. Truly couldn't ask for a better experience.

My husband and I contracted to work with Epic Homes to build our "forever home" - we couldnt be more pleased with the process and highly recommend Epic, for your home building needs. It's truly a custom home, from the initial meeting - until the final walkthrough. Each Epic player had a "role" in our home building experience, which made it unique - Rob from his listening to our desires and and creating pricing options; Amy for her design and industry expertise: Pam for her decor/budgeting skills; Kirk for his knowledge and patience with building from A-Z and Jyna for quick timing of invoicing details. We would recommend Epic to any and everyone who ask.

We absolutely loved working with the entire EPIC team! Their knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. We appreciated the transparency and accuracy on the budget throughout the entire process…Kirk has that dialed in down to the penny! Pamela and Amy were so helpful and I loved having their design expertise and advice at every selection meeting. Pamela even went above and beyond the design of the home and helped me with furniture selections! From the initial meetings with Rob to our move in day, we have loved the entire experience with EPIC. They turned my hand drawn floor plan sketches and inspiration pictures into a reality! We are so impressed with the quality of our home and would build with them again in a heartbeat!
