Our Construction Manager Tracy was exceptional! They have years of experience and were very understanding to our wants and needs for our first home buying process. Highly recommended!
From my own personal experience, I would never buy a Centex home again. The builder takes a ton of shortcuts new home buyers might overlook.. The biggest problem that Centex has is who ever they hire to do their stucco on the houses does a terrible job. I bought my house after it had only been built July 2022 and there are hundreds if not a thousand hairline stucco cracks. They had a representative over that gave me a bs story about the thickness of the cracks doesn’t warrant being fixed. What about the amount??? Seriously, taking me for an idiot. The cracks stair step and go diagonal. In some areas they are over a foot long. This is unacceptable. Poor workmanship to say the least even if they deem them as “cosmetic”. I’m seeking legal counsel as we speak about the issue.Other things worth noting include:*Paint chalking after only 3 years*Outside gate slats are installed using self drilling screws rather than the crossbars having a hole so they can be bolted in. *Cannon lights everywhere light is needed including the garage. Poor lighting to say the least.*They don’t install Medicine cabinets in the bathroom. Not a huge issue other than it just shows how the home builder is willing to take shortcuts as putting them in requires extra cost and time to put in the proper framing. Please take my opinions just as that opinions. If you agree with the issues I’ve brought up, I would wholeheartedly look at another builder. Many of my neighbors who bought brand new are complaining about similar issues. Not just me.*Below is just a small fraction of the ones i have fixed, because the home builder refuses toUPDATE: Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I’ve emailed customer support several times, called them as well and even went as far as writing the CEO of Pulte. As mentioned in my review, the representative came out with the stucco card saying they didnt warrant being fixed. I believe my concerns regarding the stucco cracks are legitimate by the excessive amount and that’s why I’ve been reduced to having to write a negative review and currently seeking legal counsel. I’m worried the stucco is gonna keep cracking something no amount of heat should do if it was properly installed imho. If it helps I’m in lot 9 In the community in Buckeye built before copper falls. No where to write a review as the website no longer exists. I would never write a negative review unless I feel my frustration is warranted ??.
We just got our first house made by Centex. Beautiful home and great people to work with. I recommend it.
My experience with Centex/Pulte has been smooth from start to finish. Communication was solid, questions were answered quickly, and the home has exceeded my expectations so far. The team was professional and thorough throughout the process and responsive after closing—especially the construction manager, George. Would recommend to anyone considering this community.
We recently purchased a home in Copper Falls through Centex/Pulte and couldn’t be more pleased with both our new home and the entire process of getting pre-qualified and approved. Everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and kept us well-informed every step of the way.Nick Brnilovich was an outstanding agent—he consistently stayed in touch and guided us through the process until we found the perfect home. Art Nichols did an excellent job walking us through the details of our home’s features and ensuring we felt confident during the walkthrough. We are also very grateful to the PGP Title/Pulte team for assisting us with pre-qualification and supporting us throughout the entire journey.
