This tour gave me the attention I needed and I didn't even know it. I've been making the model home rounds. Most often, I get the HI and thumbs up to just keep on moving. That's fine. But it's also nice to have at least a little conversation, this helps with managing expectations. Charlie immediately gave me attention and was very welcoming. I kind of thought they may not appreciate me not making an appointment, but it was 100% fine. I was pleasantly surprised to see OTHER people working there too! Shocker. Charlie was helpful with addressing my needs and what I wanted and focused on the why of my needs to currently move. Bottom line. I hate my house, so he knew and respected that I wasn't in a hurry and that I am not trying to buy in the next 30 days. He gave me the same attention and respect as if I was ready to buy tomorrow. Surprisingly he walked me through both homes and I actually got a lot of questions answered and a lot of information by doing a guided tour. Much better than writing a list of questions that I have to awkwardly go back and ask and hope that I'm not wasting his time. He knew my budget and was honest with me when I was starting to lean over my budget. He answered questions for me about the area, and schools, and neighborhood. I loved this experience and I'm very impressed with this builder and the options they have as well as the flexible floor plans. This particular neighborhood is quite impressive and truly is on the side of the mountain. views for days. They also have larger spaces between homes. I like the layout of the neighborhood. There are a lot of homes that are available without another home behind you. It's a quick bike ride to the pool, it's not part of Verrado but nice and cozy (not overcrowded). I think the spacing between homes will help with street parking issues. I'm getting on the email plan because the builder does have some pretty impressive incentives. When the timing is right, I feel strongly about this builder, it's representatives, and the area is amazing.
Appearances speak volumes. This is the beautiful entrance to the new neighborhood. It would be nice if they cared about Senna Hills 1, 2, and 3 and clean up their construction trash. If they’re too lazy to pick up their trash, I wonder what the quality of their homes are.
These are some beautiful lots with views of the White Tank Mountains. Great freeway access, close to stores and restaurants. Golf is 2 miles away in Verrado and lots of hiking and walking trails too!
