This looks like a nice neighbourhood to live in with incredible views of the mountains. They even had music playing throughout the neighbourhood on little speakers.... very well thought out!
We love Verrado. We will most likely end up purchasing a home there. We are still about 24 months away from retiring.
Love this location but the prices on homes are too high. You can get the same homes elsewhere for less. Paying for the "community".
