After being in the real estate industry for over 40 years, I and my clients have always had a pleasant experience working with Essex Homes. Recently, they purchased two lots from me and their communication and professionalism were excellent. Purchasing land is not an easy task, and sometimes there are unforseen issues during the investigative period. They were able to explain to my clients in depth what the issues were, and with everyone working together, we were able to get both transactions closed - and everyone was happy.

My wife and I just completed building our dream home with Essex Homes of WNY! From start to finish, the team at Essex was buttoned up and detailed to the point where we always felt 2 steps ahead of what was coming next. This was our first time building and you hear about all the nightmare stories from people working with other builders, but Essex's attention to detail made for an unbelievably smooth process! The Nanula brothers are awesome! We mostly worked with Vinnie and he was truly great!! He always guided us through every question we had. What a wonderful experience building with Essex Homes of WNY. Everyone from the salesman to the project coordinator to the build manager was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and trust worthy. We built our home in Buffalo while living in Canada. Delivery time was a big deal for us, as well as the fact we cannot go visit the construction as often as we wanted to. Essex made it easy and less stressful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were kept up to date throughout the process. We were also informed of upcoming steps ahead of time. We felt that they cared about us and our home, they respected our timeline and they proactively gave us ideas, pointers and raised concerns on our selections so we can make the best choice given that this was our first time building a whole house from scratch. Everyone was very knowledgeable of their field so we were able to get responses to our questions in a very timely manner. The most important was the house was delivered on time in a great condition, which is absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Scott, Vinnie and Mike, you guys are fantastic. We feel very lucky with our decision to build our home with Essex Homes of WNY.
