We had viewed Morgan Homes models and were quite impressed with the construction and quality of their homes. Months later, after researching several different builders, we were discouraged but discovered a lot that was an ideal location for us. Much to our delight Morgan Homes acquired the lot. We immediately contacted Jim Warren and began the process of building our dream home. Jim was always available and patient with our frequent inquiries. Morgan Homes suppliers and subcontractors provided high quality construction and products for our custom build. We could not be happier with Morgan Homes and grateful that we were able to work with Jim over any other builder.
