Wonderful Experience from start to finish. Mike and his team at Fairles Contracting turned our tired home into an absolute dream house. We managed to stay under budget and our 4 month renovation was completed 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule. Mike did an incredible job throughout the process of guiding us through finish choices as well and was able to pass on significant vendor discounts to ensure we sourced high end materials at a fair cost. Highly recommend Fairles to anybody looking at minor renovations all the way up to full custom high end builds. These guys know their stuff.

We have honestly never worked with a more professional, reliable, or talented contractor than Mike and his team. We've been renovating houses for years and dealt with every trade imaginable, and in all our experience, there is no contest Mike is at the TOP of the list. We can't imagine ever using anyone else.

His work is excellent, on time, and his high standards ensure his clients are satisfied throughout the entire project. Mike's trades are the NICEST people, so friendly and kind (especially to our young kids who they had to work around!)

Mike's contacts (everyone from floors to walls) are also the NICEST people to deal with. Everywhere we went, Mike was spoken so highly of by everyone who works with him. He's a truly genuine human who wants the very best for his clients, and it shows in all his awesome work.

In an industry where it's common to find shady characters, you can feel confident that Mike is one of the good guys - I'd even go so far as to say the best :)
