We had a laneway house built for us 3 years ago. Great build experience and No problems at all. Reached out twice to Kanwal in the past few months for some small repairs. Within 2 days my issues were solved. I'm very impressed with their after completion service. These guys do great work, have a great brand and stand by their customers. We had a great experience working with Kanwal from 88 Homes, who completed our home in 2023. From signing the papers to receiving our occupancy permit, the entire process took just under a year and a half. Throughout the build, Kanwal was easy to reach and always took the time to explain each step. While there were delays with some of the trades as expected, he consistently kept us informed with updates and next steps, which we really appreciated. Now that we have lived in our home for the past two years, we are happy with the overall quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail has truly made our house feel like home.
