I just recently finished a project with 88 Homes and I would definitely recommend them. They exceed my expectations in regards to efficiency, quality of work and were very easy to work with. Both Kanwal and his brother stand behind everything they touch, and that means a lot in the construction industry. We had a great experience working with Kanwal from 88 Homes, who completed our home in 2023. From signing the papers to receiving our occupancy permit, the entire process took just under a year and a half. Throughout the build, Kanwal was easy to reach and always took the time to explain each step. While there were delays with some of the trades as expected, he consistently kept us informed with updates and next steps, which we really appreciated.Now that we have lived in our home for the past two years, we are happy with the overall quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail has truly made our house feel like home. Kanwal has also become our go-to person for any additional upgrades or changes we have wanted to make since moving in.
