From start to finish, the Country Joe team was amazing! The communication was top notch and they always replied quickly to any questions we had. After closing, they did home-welcoming touches that were so helpful and sweet! Tricia was the best and wonderful to work with! Donny was so informational on the walk thru and gave us many tips on all aspects of the Twin home. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We moved into our home in September 2024. We were very pleased with the process and how easy it was to work with Country Joe. We worked closely with Tricia Riggin throughout our entire process. She was absolutely amazing, very attentive, detail oriented, and always had our best interest in mind. Overall we are very happy with our choice to build with Country Joe.

As new buyers of a Villa house in Lakeville from Country Joe Homes, we are so happy with the services provided by Country Joe Homes from the beginning to the end of our purchasing process. Everyone from Country Joe Homes treated us with respect and honesty. As a sales representative, Chuck Ryan always responded to our requests or answered our questions quickly and patiently. As a service manager, Donny Reuvers along with Chuck Ryan and Sherri spent more than the scheduled time period patiently showing us every detail of the features and explaining new things about the house to us. Country Joe Homes not only listened to us but also took actions afterwards. When we requested for changes on some unsatisfactory items like a small crack on the side counter top granite piece and an uneven closet door, they promised for the changes and did actual changes or planning to do so accordingly. Both my wife and I are mostly satisfied with Country Joe Homes' craftsman work of the house with respect to the price range of such a house. We are looking forward to continually working with Country Joe Homes for our possession of the house. So far so good.
