Throughout the entire process he was always our go-to for questions & concerns and not only was he always attentive to us and responded in a timely manner, but he is so easy to talk to, down to earth, and full of helpful insight based on his experience. Kristen Cuddigan was incredible. She gave me all the time I needed to make decisions, met with me to explore multiple options for stones, countertops, wood stains, lights, etc and guided me toward choices that were not only beautiful but practical for the long term. Admittedly I probably took 10x longer than the average client in making these decisions and I asked for more meetings than originally scheduled, but she always made it happen for me & I am incredibly thankful! Thanks to her, I achieved the aesthetic I was going for while also feeling confident the choices we made were practical for day to day living. Buffy helped us design the perfect floor plan to fit our needs (we love her!) and Dave, Nick, and every subcontractor they worked with demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism. The entire team was responsive, attentive, and made us feel supported every step of the way. They truly brought our vision to life, and they’ve set the bar incredibly high for a first home build. We can honestly see ourselves living in this home forever and are so grateful to Cuddigan for making it perfect!

We just finished our retirement dream home with Cuddigan Custom Builders. This is our 3rd build of our lifetime. We’ve also had a couple large renovation projects. Cuddigan Custom Builders was THE BEST WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH- ever! After my very first meeting with Jake Cuddigan, I cautiously reported to my husband “my gosh- I think I found our builder.” I wasn’t wrong! The entire experience was fun, thoughtful, and custom! Kristin did a great job of letting me run with my ideas while also offering great coaching or ideas based on her experience. Dave and Nick kept the project on track and with high quality subs who all expressed their own satisfaction of working with Cuddigan’s. The Cuddigans are a great team to work with! From the beginning of the process to the completion of our home the communication has been excellent. During the design phase we felt listened to and our ideas were implemented. The selection process went so smoothly and it was clear that notes from our design phase had been passed on to guide the selections. As the house came together we had frequent walk-throughs to assess progress and address any concerns. Our concerns were always addressed quickly and resolved. We were able to keep costs within our budget without feeling like we were compromising quality or comfort. Homeowner orientation and closing were very smooth. Building with the Cuddigans has been a great experience.
