We just finished our retirement dream home with Cuddigan Custom Builders. This is our 3rd build of our lifetime. We’ve also had a couple large renovation projects. Cuddigan Custom Builders was THE BEST WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH- ever! After my very first meeting with Jake Cuddigan, I cautiously reported to my husband “my gosh- I think I found our builder.” I wasn’t wrong! The entire experience was fun, thoughtful, and custom! The Cuddigans are a great team to work with! From the beginning of the process to the completion of our home the communication has been excellent. During the design phase we felt listened to and our ideas were implemented. The selection process went so smoothly and it was clear that notes from our design phase had been passed on to guide the selections. As the house came together we had frequent walk-throughs to assess progress and address any concerns. Our concerns were always addressed quickly and resolved. We were able to keep costs within our budget without feeling like we were compromising quality or comfort. Homeowner orientation and closing were very smooth.
