I recently purchased a new build with Bright Custom Homes. The home was already completed when I purchased it, but I was still able to make a few small custom adjustments prior to moving in. As a single woman, its always a little daunting making large purchases solo, and you often feel like you're being taken advantage of and not taken seriously. My experience with Sukhman and Bright has been outstanding. The quality craftsmanship in the home is undoubtedly noticable as soon as you walk in the door. Working with Sukhman has (and continues to be) a fantastic expereince. My questions are always answered, and I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously. Even after the purchase was fully completed, I feel like I can still reach out and be met with kindness and action to my concerns. Everything is always addressed and in a timely manner. I have built 2 homes in my life, and this expereince continues to exceed my expectations. I would HIGHLY reccomend working with, building with, or purchasing a home from BRIGHT. They really go above and beyond to make you feel special, and the quality and intentional details of their builds is outstanding. It is obvious that they put alot of pride and attention into each and every project they build. I absolutely love my new home and I would reccomend Bright to anyone who asked.
